ACASÂ Design+Building Group worked closely with our clients to provide a development that stood out from the normal.

This duplex development has been designed with the modern family in mid, whilst maximising the sites potential and yeild. Providing light and bright living spaces, with seperate zoning areas to allow privacy when required these two homes provide all that is required for modern day family living. The upper floor provides seperate living spaces for the kids, study spaces, and pleanty of light filled spaces for them to enjoy. The lower floors contain the main living areas , linking to the outside spaces seamlessly, and a generous master space/ retreat, allowing for parents to escape.
