David Thomas – Director & Lead Designer

David has been shaping the design industry since 1995, working with  boutique design firms, and top architects like Belle + Fischer. He spent 15+ years running D3 Building Design, a highly respected practice on the Mornington Peninsula, where he specialized in designing homes that blend efficiency, functionality, and timeless aesthetics. His expertise lies in navigating council approvals, sustainability-focused designs, and client-driven solutions that balance budget and vision.

David Elbourne – Director & Design Manager

David has been in the building design industry since 1994, with a track record of managing and designing award-winning projects. As the founder of DJE Design, he has worked on a vast range of residential and commercial projects, ensuring that every space is crafted with precision, sustainability, and the highest quality standards. His approach is collaborative, flexible, and solution-oriented, making the process as smooth as possible for clients.
